With years of experience in cultural project management and entrepreneurship, I continue to explore contemporary culture in context, as means to create settings for dialogue with authentic exchange, investigation and discovery. In recent years my focus shifted from art to food and eating culture. With the Food Culture Project, I am aiming to make the multiple aspects of our complex food world easily accessible to young and old, bringing multi-sensory experiences as food literacy events and programs to the table.
